Shipping Information
Every order ships from Ireland via An Post, tracked door to door. We pack the RCD-01 carefully so it actually arrives in one piece.
Processing Time
1-2 Business Days
We pack and post orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Order after the daily dispatch cutoff and yours goes out the next business day.
Free Shipping
Supported Countries
Shipping is free and tracked to every country you can select at checkout. We email your tracking number as soon as the order ships.
Delivery Times
Orders travel with An Post international tracked services. Your national postal service handles the last leg to your door.

Secure Packaging
Each drone is wrapped in padding and shipped in a sturdy box. Parcels get thrown around in transit, so we pack for it.
Tracking Included
Every order is tracked. Your tracking number lands in your inbox within 24 hours of dispatch, and you can follow the parcel on the carrier’s website.
Customs & Import Fees
Customs & Duties: Your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders. Those charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
Customs Delays: Customs can hold a package for inspection, which can add 1-5 business days. We file accurate customs declarations to keep hold-ups to a minimum.
Address Accuracy: Double-check that your address is complete before you pay, and include a phone number in case the carrier needs to reach you.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, email us straight away at contact@recondrone.com with your order number, plus photos if there’s damage. We’ll sort it out with the carrier or send a replacement.
Wrong Address
If the address you gave was wrong or incomplete and the package comes back to us, you may have to cover the cost of reshipping. Worth a careful look at checkout.
Delivery Delays
Carriers fall behind now and then, usually around holidays or bad weather. If your package is well past the estimated window, contact us and we’ll chase it with the carrier.
